Deeper serving engagements
My Spice Kitchen started off by only being in á-la-cartè restaurant. Over the past few years, it has taken on full-service catering as well. Till date, My Spice Kitchen has done little over 150 caterings. We have rendered our serving to a marriage gathering of 540 guests to a home party of 20 guests. Our catering service can be categorized into following types:
Full-service live catering ~ starters/ snacks and breads are prepared live in front of the guest. The main food is cooked in our base kitchen and served in chaffing dishes. All cutleries, crockeries and other equipments are provided along with the manpower to manage the event.
Semi full-service live catering ~ The starters/snacks and main food are cooked in our base kitchen and served in chaffing dishes. All cutleries, crockeries and other equipments are provided along with the manpower to manage the event.
No service catering ~ The food is prepared at our base kitchen and sent to the customer; they use their own vessels for serving and manage the meals.
Packed catering ~ Useful for catering the support
staffs (drivers, etc.) at large gatherings; corporate events & trainings, travel & tourism and office lunches. Choices of meal sizes are available along with the choice of items.
